This month we like to introduce our Sales Support Administrator – **Rhianne Boardman**  
**What is your role at Cloudcell?**  
I am the Sales Support Administrator and I support the sales team. Majority of my role involves jobs booking, receiving requests from customers, creating orders, then scheduling the engineers.  
**What were you doing before joining the team?**

This month we like to introduce our Key Account and Operations Manager – **Lou Duggan**.  
**What is your role at Cloudcell?**  
I am the ‘Key Account and Operations Manager’. I work alongside my team implementing and coordinating operational processes whilst ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
